About the Mind~Body~Lifestyle 10-day Reset program

Mind~Body~Lifestyle Reset is a 10-day online program where you can reset your healthful habits without deprivation or getting hungry.

PREPARATION (2-3 DAYS).

This is such an important step!

Set aside some time to look through the GUIDELINES and resources provided, watch the introduction summary video, and plan.

DAY 1 - Setting GOALS

Setting intentions pushes you further towards your most wanted goals and makes success look achievable.

DAY 2 - FOCUS: HYDRATION

Hydration is both amazing and essential, and you CAN'T SKIP THIS if you want to be healthy, thriving and energized.

DAY 4 - FOCUS: SLEEP

Sleep is such an important aspect of health and well-being and we should aim for 7-8 hours uninterrupted.

DAY 5 - FOCUS: BREATH

Mindful breath is extremely important for our overall health and for stress relief.

DAY 6 - FOCUS: MOVEMENT

For 10 days we are trying to move every single day, even if it's 20 min walk or stretch.

DAY 7 - FOCUS: Eliminating Stimulants: Coffee and Alcohol.

Did you know that alcohol and caffeine are on the list of stimulants?

We are eliminating them for the duration of our Reset.

Day 8 - FOCUS: Eliminating Inflammatory Foods

Inflammation is now being linked to just about every health condition. 

The good news is that there are a lot of ways to avoid or reduce chronic disease-causing inflammation, including avoiding or reducing some inflammatory foods or ingredients.

DAY 9 - FOCUS: Daily Rituals

Today I will share some daily rituals that helped me on my health journey.

DAY 10 - FOCUS: SELF CARE

What does SELF-CARE mean to you?

When it comes to holistic self-care practice, there are three parts: physical, emotional and spiritual. We need to focus on adding in components from each of the three to achieve health and happiness.
